The Full PDF Report provides information and documentation of the structure at the time of the inspection. This includes photos taken that are primarily for documentation purposes and not necessarily deficiencies- though this report includes the deficiencies as well.

The Summary Report focuses on only the deficiencies in the report. This is useful for clarity of the observations notated at the time of inspection.

About Me
After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, I began my career in the home inspection industry in 2021. During that time, I earned my Texas Professional Home Inspector License, along with InterNACHI’s International Home Inspector Certification and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) designation.
I later relocated to Florida and obtained my Florida Professional Home Inspector License, completing over 1,000 home inspections across the Tampa Bay area. I also hold a Mold-Related Services License and am a WDO Technician with a state-issued Pest Control Certification.
As a woman in a highly technical field, I quickly learned that my perspective is an advantage. I approach every inspection with a sharp eye for detail, advanced use of technology, and clear, educational communication. My clients appreciate that I not only identify issues but also explain their significance in practical, easy-to-understand terms. Plus, I’m able to access the tighter areas of your roof, attic, and crawlspace to ensure a truly comprehensive inspection.

Abby Bullock
Owner
I love what I do- whether it’s climbing roofs in the Florida heat, crossing paths with wildlife, or uncovering the hidden details that tell a home’s story. But most of all, I value the creativity and problem-solving that every inspection brings.
That passion for quality and independence led me to found Merit Property Inspections in 2024. I built this company and website from the ground up with a focus on education, transparency, and client experience. From the moment you visit our site to the moment you receive your report, Merit is designed to provide a smooth, high-quality experience.
Every home has deficiencies- but what truly matters is understanding which ones impact safety, structure, and value. At Merit, I personally review findings with each client, explain all major concerns, and deliver same-day reports that are detailed, clear, and fresh.
