During the foundation pre-pour inspection, the inspector evaluates the excavation and preparation of the foundation site. This includes checking the soil conditions, verifying that the footings are properly formed and aligned, and ensuring that rebar and other reinforcements are correctly placed according to engineering specifications. The inspector looks for any potential issues that could affect the stability of the foundation, such as drainage problems or improperly compacted soil.

A phase construction inspection is a comprehensive assessment conducted at various stages of a building project to ensure that construction meets quality standards. Inspections can occur at different phases, such as pre-concrete pour and pre-drywall, allowing for the identification of potential issues before they become more significant problems.

The pre-drywall inspection takes place after the framing is complete but before drywall installation. At this stage, the inspector examines elements of the home before they are sealed behind the drywall. This inspection ensures that any necessary corrections can be made before the walls are closed up, preventing potential issues or future repairs.
